Executor for Windows is available via a slow FTP link.

You may use the serial number "99991004" and the authentication key "n9rk57f369byp". The key doesn't expire. There is no technical support available for Executor. The (MIT-licensed) Syn68k and Executor source code on Github no longer requires a serial number or key, but I haven't yet updated the binaries on our (super slow) ftp site.
