"I am a professional cinematographer, working in Hollywood. I created the original sunPATH for my own use, but it soon became very popular with my colleagues. So during my "spare" time I redesigned and re-programmed sunPATH as a user-friendly, commercial application for the Macintosh, and priced it so that all working professionals (not just those with production expense accounts) could afford it.

As sunPATH's reputation spread I received an increasing number of requests for a PC version. I investigated having the software rewritten by a PC programmer, but most were not interested because of the limited user base (they all get royalties), and others just wanted too much money for me to be able to offer the PC version at a reasonable price.
